Alright. I've decided that since this MUCK isn't going anywhere in its current state, we will be using it sort of as a playground or sandbox. You can basically do anything you want here within reason...So, like, make a character and just have fun. In the meantime, I'm cooking up something else. More details will follow as time goes on.
